Estimated delivery times

  • Canada: 7 - 10 business days
  • We will do our best to ensure that these delivery times are accurate, but I cannot guarantee them. Delivery times also depend on the delivery method you choose.

How long for a custom order?

For a custom order, we allow 5 to 7 business days for production before the sweater is shipped. Then we take into account the normal postal delay.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers' responsibility.

Is it possible to pick up my purchase to avoid delivery costs?

Yes! You can select the ''PICK UP MY PACKAGE'' option during checkout. You will then receive a message when your package is ready. Public opening hours are Monday to Thursday from noon to 4pm. We are located at 7970 18th Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H1Z3R8.

Care Instructions

We recommend washing all our products in cold water, inside out to protect the print for as long as possible. Avoid the dryer at all times as it shrinks the cotton!

Tote bags: never machine wash them.

Exchanges and refunds



If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to refund you. However, the return shipping costs and shipping of the new product are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product.

For an EXCHANGE, simply return the merchandise to us requesting a refund, then purchase the correct size online.
