Estimated delivery times

  • Canada: 3 - 10 business days
  • We will do our best to ensure that these delivery estimates are accurate, but I cannot guarantee them. Delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that the sweater is printed following your order. You should therefore allow 14-30 days for production before shipping.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers' responsibility.

Is it possible to pick up an order in person?

Yes it is possible, you simply have to select the PICK UP ON SITE option among the delivery options when purchasing. You will then receive an email indicating that your package is ready for pickup. Our offices are located in St-Leonard (Montreal).

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.

Are the promotions combinable?

No, if an item is already on sale, you cannot add an additional discount (promo code).

Care Instructions

We recommend washing all our products in cold water and avoiding the dryer at all times which shrinks the cotton!

Tote bags: never machine wash them.

Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges: 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it for you provided that the new desired model is available. However, the return shipping costs and the new shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer. Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR SALE MERCHANDISE.

What type of printing is used for TAMÉLO sweaters?

All our models are printed in Montreal by screen printing or digital printing.

Do you have a physical store?

Tamelo Boutique is an online store, we do not have a physical store. However, we have a few points of sale across Quebec. You can also order online and pick up your order in person by selecting the PICK UP ON SITE option when purchasing.
