EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it. The return and shipping costs of the new item are the responsibility of the customer . The fees paid for the initial shipping of the package by the customer or by Tamélo Boutique ($5 or $10) depending on the package, will be deducted from the initial amount paid by the customer.
*be careful of stains, pet hair or other damage that will prevent you from getting an exchange or refund.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt (except for the holiday season, the period extends to 30 days) of the product. For an exchange, you must proceed as for a refund. Here are the steps:
