RETURN AND DELIVERY
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to refund your purchase, provided that the new model you want is available. However, the return shipping costs and the new shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer. If you had obtained free shipping when you initially purchased it, a fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund.
The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE MERCHANDISE, CUSTOMIZED OR IMPERFECT ITEMS. NO RETURNS ON WORN OR WASHED MERCHANDISE. THIS POLICY INCLUDES BLACK FRIDAY AND BOXING DAY SALES WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
What are the steps to follow for a return or exchange?
To proceed with an exchange or return, please first read the Return Policy.
Then you must return the package to us indicating inside that it is a return. You can then buy the new size if it is an exchange.

Can we come and exchange an item at your offices?
You can make an exchange on site by appointment only. You must notify us in advance as the new jersey will be printed on demand. There is no charge for this service.
What are the delivery costs?
Orders of $99 before taxes benefit from free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on the number of items, the type of delivery chosen and the delivery address.
How to track your package?
If you have selected a delivery method that includes tracking, you will receive the number by email or SMS as well as the carrier's information.
Please note that items printed on demand may require a delay before shipping.Â

Can I order from outside Canada?
Tamélo delivers almost everywhere in the world, you can check more precisely at the checkout stage by entering your address.

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers' responsibility.
PICK UP ON SITE
Is it possible to pick up an order at your offices?
It is possible to avoid delivery costs and delays by picking up your order at our offices. This service is free of charge.
When can I pick up my package from your offices?
You must first receive the email that confirms that your order is ready.
Afterwards, our offices are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Please note that we are closed on public holidays.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Is it mandatory to have a customer account?
It is not mandatory to create a customer account to order from Tamélo.
On the other hand, this allows you to register for the rewards points program in order to benefit from discounts in Tamélo dollars.
Also, this account allows you to not have to fill in contact information for each order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Can I request a price adjustment?
No price adjustments are possible for recurring Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts.
If an item you purchased goes on sale (except for recurring Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts) after your purchase, you can request a price adjustment up to 7 days after your purchase.On the other hand, if you got free shipping when you purchased, and the price adjustment lowers the total below $99 before taxes, shipping charges will apply.
