RETURNS AND DELIVERY

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase, provided that the desired new model is available. However, return shipping costs and those for the new shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer. If you received free shipping on the original purchase, a $12 fee will be deducted from the refund.

The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR SALE MERCHANDISE AND CUSTOMIZED OR IMPERFECT ITEMS. NO RETURNS ON WORN OR WASHED MERCHANDISE. THIS POLICY INCLUDES BLACK FRIDAY AND BOXING DAY SALES, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

To proceed with an exchange or return, please first read the Return Policy.

Then, you must send the package back to us, indicating inside that it is a return. You can then repurchase the new size if it is an exchange.

You can exchange the item on-site by appointment only. Please notify us in advance as the new jersey will be printed on demand. There is no charge for this service.

Orders of $99 before taxes qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on the number of items, the chosen shipping method, and the delivery address.

If you have selected a shipping method that includes tracking, you will receive the tracking number by email or SMS, along with the carrier's information.

Please note that print-on-demand items may require a delay before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Tamélo ships almost worldwide, you can check more precisely at the checkout step by entering your address.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

It is not mandatory to create a customer account to order from Tamélo.

However, it allows you to sign up for the rewards points program to take advantage of Tamélo dollar discounts.

Also, this account allows you to avoid filling in contact information for each order.

Can I request a price adjustment?

No price adjustments are possible for recurring Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts.

If an item you purchased goes on sale (except for recurring Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts) after your purchase, you may request a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase.

However, if you received free shipping with your original purchase, and the price adjustment causes the total to fall below $99 before taxes, shipping charges will apply.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If an item you purchased goes on sale (except for recurring Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts) after your purchase, you can request a price adjustment up to 7 days after your purchase.

However, if you received free shipping with your purchase, and the price adjustment lowers the total below $99 before taxes, shipping charges will apply.
